A guy who enjoys programming

I spend my time building things with code, because I enjoy solving real problems. That's how TurboFix came about: from wanting a single tool to keep the computer fast, clean and healthy, without installing ten different programs. It's a project I look after personally, line by line.

Free, and honest for real

TurboFix is free because I want anyone to be able to understand how their PC is doing without paying and without being bombarded with offers. No ads, no extra software hidden in the installer, no scaremongering: I simply show the real state of the computer, and the decision stays with the person using it.

That's why the key you receive is Lifetime Premium, for anyone and at no charge: every feature unlocked, no expiration, no paid version to buy later on. It's spelled out in full on the License page.

Privacy first

To me it's the most important thing. TurboFix works only on the computer: the analysis of hardware, disks and system stays there, and I don't profile anyone. What does go out, I list myself rather than leaving you to find out: the email address for receiving the key, the technical license data, error reports stripped of personal data and, only if you turn them on, anonymous statistics. The last two can be switched off with one click under Settings → Privacy. It's in black and white in the Privacy policy.

One program, not ten

My goal is for TurboFix to become the only tool your PC needs: cleanup, performance, diagnostics, maintenance and, something that usually takes separate programs, automatic backup too, with file versions and a system image, to a NAS or an external drive, at the time you choose. It's all on the features page and the one dedicated to backup: one place, done right.

Made in Italy, with care

TurboFix is designed, written and maintained in Italy. No shortcuts and no compromises imposed by anyone else: just the freedom to put the person using it, and their computer, first.
